Beyond the Bike
DKCC Special Projects
Doug's eye for design and fabrication has never been limited to motorcycles. The "Bigfoot Flyer" is a custom-built Radio Flyer wagon riding on four Maxxis ATV mud tires, a fully fabricated aluminum chassis, and custom paint by Chris Cruz Artistry — motorcycle-grade attention to detail throughout. Because why build something ordinary when you can build something extraordinary?

The Blacktop Flyer
The Blacktop Flyer is a custom dually Radio Flyer wagon — blacked out from handle to axle, riding on a widened rear dually setup, with hand-laid pinstripe flames by Chris Cruz Artistry and "Valhalla 1" lettered on the rear panel. Every detail treated with the same care as a full motorcycle build.

DKCC Special Project No. 3
The Hot Rod Flyer
The Hot Rod Flyer takes the Radio Flyer concept in a completely different direction — dragster-style chassis, candy red body slammed to the ground, and four Hoosier racing slicks on polished aluminum DWT wheels. Built from the ground up on the shop lift, every fabrication detail done in-house. It looks like it belongs at the starting line of a quarter-mile strip.

DKCC Special Project No. 4
The Bar-Hag
The Bar-Hag is a fully engineered custom racing bar stool — powder-coated blue chromoly frame fabricated from scratch, OHV engine with high-flow air filter, red anodized sprocket and chain drive, Bridgestone racing slicks on polished aluminum wheels, and a suede-wrapped steering wheel with gold hardware. The build progression photos tell the whole story: bare frame to finished machine, every detail done right. It looks like it belongs at a race track. It probably does.
